Focusing on beginner and intermediate acrobatic skills on the Floor, Trampoline, and Tumble Track. this program prepares athletes for tumbling sequences, including cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, front and back rolls, walkovers, and introduction to handspring drills. These classes also focus on developing flexibility and strength.

Youth Tumbling

9 - 13 yrs

Youth Tumbling

This class is structured to develop the acrobatic tumbling series, which includes cartwheels, walkovers, round offs and hand¬springs. Athletes will use the tumble track, spring floor and other equipment pieces to enhance their skill level.

Advanced Tumbling

Advanced Tumbling

Ideal for athletes with a solid skill level in gymnastics or cheerleading. This program
focuses on perfecting hand¬springs and developing aerial skills including tucks, pikes and layouts.
