Summer Camp 2024

Camp is for children aged 4-12. Participants must be at least 4 years of age and must be toilet trained and able to use the bathroom facilities unassisted.

What We Do At Camp

Camp activities are scheduled between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Each day includes hours of gymnastics, along with games, crafts, and a weekly field trip on Wednesday afernoons to Lake Ontario Park!

We have freezies for sale every day and a pizza lunch option on Fridays!

What To Bring To Camp

  • Full day campers: nut-free lunch & 2 nut-free snacks (extra snacks are recommended on field trip days!)

  • Afternoon campers: nut-free lunch and 1 nut-free snack

  • Labelled water bottle (no disposable bottles please)

  • Extra hair elastics/clips

  • Change of clothes (just in case)

  • Sunscreen and hat for outdoor play

  • Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen & hat for Field Trip days to the park/splash pad (Wednesdays)

What To Wear To Camp

  • Our facility is not air conditioned so please dress in light and cool clothing: one-piece body suit or tank top/t-shirt and shorts/track/yoga pants

  • For safety, no jewelry, jeans, hooded sweatshirts, skirts, socks, or slippers in the gym

  • Long hair must be tied back

Price

Full Week Summer Camp (9 am - 4 pm) - Registration Open

Full Day Week (9 am - 4 pm):

$230 per child

Half Day Week (9 am -12 pm) - Registration Opens May 1st

$150 per child. Opening on May 1st!

Half Day Week (1 pm - 4 pm) - Registration Opens May 1st

$160 per child. Opening on May 1st!

Please note: early drop-off (12-12:30pm) is required on Wednesdays as we leave promptly at 12:30pm for Lake Ontario Park

Before Care (8:00 am - 9:00 am) & After Care (4:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

There is no additional cost for this service and pre-registration is not required.

*Each child must pay an annual Gymnastics Ontario registration & insurance fee of $40 (valid from July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). This fee is not refundable and is automatically applied to new registrations. If you have already paid this fee at another club, please inform our office at admin@loyalistgymnastics.ca

*LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS: Loyalist Gymnastics is not responsible for any lost or damaged articles.  Please do not send valuable items such as cell phones, ipads, tablets, cash or jewelry. Efforts will be made by our staff to ensure campers do not lose any belongings, however we will not be held responsible for articles left behind on field trips or at the gym. A lost and found basket is located outside the change rooms.

*REFUNDS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  Account credits may be requested, but are NOT guaranteed, if a camper is unable to participate due to illness or injury. A $25 administration fee will apply to any cancellations. The Gymnastics Ontario membership fee ($40) is non-refundable
