PA Day & Holiday Camps 2024

Camp is for children aged 4-12. Participants must be at least 4 years of age and must be toilet trained and able to use the bathroom facilities unassisted.

  • Please note that we will not be offering PA Day Camp on January 31st (Limestone School Board), as our Recreational team will be participating in a club-wide training seminar.

  • March 10-14- March Break Camp

  • March 31, May 30 (Limestone School Board) - PA Day Camps

  • April 25, June 6 (French School Board) - PA Day Camps

What We Do At Camp

Camp activities are scheduled between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Each day includes hours of gymnastics, along with games, and crafts.

What To Bring To Camp

  • Full day campers: nut-free lunch & 2 nut-free snacks

  • Labelled water bottle (no disposable bottles please)

  • Extra hair elastics/clips

  • Change of clothes (just in case)

  • Winter gear for outdoor play

What To Wear To Camp

  • Our facility is not air conditioned so please dress in light and cool clothing: one-piece body suit or tank top/t-shirt and shorts/track/yoga pants

  • For safety, no jewelry, jeans, hooded sweatshirts, skirts, socks, or slippers in the gym

  • Long hair must be tied back

PA Day Camps

Full Day 9 am - 4 pm:

$50 per child

Holiday Camp

Full Day 9am - 4pm:

Full Week (4 Days): $180 per child

Single Day: $50 per child

March Break Camp

Full Day 9am - 4pm:

Full Week (5 Days): $230 per child

Before Care (8:00 am - 9:00 am) & After Care (4:00 pm - 5:00 pm)

There is no additional cost for this service and pre-registration is not required. Please note, after care is not available for PA Day Camps.

*ANNUAL FEE: Each child must pay an annual Gymnastics Ontario registration & insurance fee of $40 (valid from July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025). This fee is not refundable and is automatically applied to new registrations. If you have already paid this fee at another club, please inform our office at admin@loyalistgymnastics.ca

*LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS: Loyalist Gymnastics is not responsible for any lost or damaged articles.  Please do not send valuable items such as cell phones, ipads, tablets, cash or jewelry. Efforts will be made by our staff to ensure campers do not lose any belongings, however we will not be held responsible for articles left behind on field trips or at the gym. A lost and found basket is located outside the change rooms.

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  Account credits may be requested, but are NOT guaranteed, if a camper is unable to participate due to illness or injury. A $25 administration fee will apply to any cancellations. The Gymnastics Ontario membership fee ($40) is non-refundable
